Cici’s journey with sports started with dance before she found her competitive edge in volleyball, going on to play at the collegiate level at Lane College.

Today, she continues her involvement in the sport as a volleyball coach for the Richmond Heights school system, bringing her experience and passion to young athletes.

As a co-host of Hot Girl Halftime, Cici adds depth, personality, and perspective to the show- balancing her athletic background with the same fan-first mindset that defines the brand.

She is also the proud mom to the ever adorable, TJ.

Helen is the founder and host of Hot Girl Halftime, a women-led sports media platform built on the belief that being a fan comes first.

Growing up, Helen was always around sports- starting with soccer before transitioning to volleyball, which she played into high school. While her competitive athletic career was cut short due to injuries, her connection to sports never left. Whether subbing in rec leagues, running 5Ks, or weight lifting, she has always found her way back to the energy and community that sports create.

That same love carried into her everyday life, especially behind the bar, where conversations about games and teams became a constant. It was through bartending that she realized something was missing- sports media that felt like a conversation, not a knowledge test.

Helen built HGH to create a space where fans of all knowledge levels could show up, ask questions, learn, and enjoy sports without pressure. Her perspective isn’t about having all the answers- its about knowing enough to be dangerous.

Shelby brings both on-field experience and creative vision to Hot Girl Halftime.

She grew up playing softball and lacrosse, continuing her lacrosse career at Ursuline College. Today, she stays connected to the game as a coach at Gilmour Academy, sharing her knowledge and passion with the next generation of athletes.

As a co-host and content lead, Shelby plays a key role in shaping both the conversations and the brand itself. From on-camera moments to behind-the-scenes content, she helps bring HGH to life in a way that feels authentic, energetic, and whimsical.
